Brandon and Brett met in 2010 while working for a brokerage out of East Texas. The two became friends while there and kept in contact after moving on to different brokerages.
With 35+ years experience combined, both men had been wanting to dip their toes into owning their own brokerage for awhile. After many phone calls and meetings that lasted hours upon hours long, these two land agents said, "Let's do it!"
Omnia Land Services, LLC. was established in 2019.
Omnia offers our services to Oil & Gas companies, Electrical companies,
Wind & Solar companies and more.
Who We Are
We have a skilled management team that has a combined experience of over 35+ years in the Oil & Gas Industry. Our agents have worked all over New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, with and emphasis in Texas, including but not limited to the Permian Basin, Barnett, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, Delaware Basin, and Alpine High.

What We Do
No project is too big or too small for our brokerage. We provide a high quality of work from start to finish. Creating direct relationships with our clients and landowners facilitates clear communication and understanding throughout the project. We diligently research and review all relevant documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

Brett Melton
Co-owner, Lead Landman
Brett grew up in a custom home construction family. His wide variety of knowledge and expertise from his construction days are key assets in his Land Agent career. He has been in the Oil & Gas industry for the last 18 years. The challenges of getting a deal done, meeting new people, talking to clients and landowners, and building a network is just a little bit of what his every day-to-day looks like.
Brett is a husband and father of two girls. When he is not working, he likes to spend his time with his family, roping and traveling.
Brandon Roberts
Co-owner, Lead Landman
Brandon also worked in residential construction before transitioning into the Oil & Gas field almost 18 years ago. His background helped him understand right-of-ways better as he started to travel and gain further knowledge in this industry. His expertise and problem solving skills in high stress situations is why Brandon loves to work with the client directly.
Like Brett, Brandon is also a husband and father to two girls and he has one granddaughter, too. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his family and hunting.
